This policy applies to:

• The www.linkefc.com website and its subpages.
• The contact, proposal request and subscription forms published on the site.
• The messaging channels we use to handle sales and support enquiries, including WhatsApp Business integrated with Odoo.
• The support portal and the service tickets we manage in Odoo Helpdesk.

It does not apply to third-party websites, applications or systems you may reach from links published here.

3.1 Data you provide to us

• First and last name, and the name of the company you represent.
• Email address, phone number and, where relevant, job title or department.
• The content of your messages: enquiries, requirement descriptions, support tickets and any files you choose to send us.
• Billing details once a commercial relationship is formalised: tax ID, fiscal address and administrative contact details.

3.2 Browsing and device data

• IP address, browser type and operating system, language and approximate country.
• Pages visited, time on page, traffic source and clicks on the site.
• Identifiers stored in cookies and similar technologies, detailed in the cookies.

3.3 Messaging channel data

• Contact name or identifier, as provided by the channel and by the user.
• The number used in the messaging channel and technical metadata such as date, time and message status.
• Message content, templates and supported attachments.
• Internal records linked to the conversation in Odoo, for example the related ticket, order or customer record.

3.4 Data we do not ask for

We do not request sensitive data such as health, beliefs or political or union affiliation, nor passwords by email or messaging. Please do not include them in your messages. If you send them spontaneously, we will delete them unless they are strictly necessary for the contracted service.

We never sell or rent identifiable personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions with legal effects on you.

This site uses first-party cookies that are necessary for it to work (session, language, preferences and security), and third-party cookies that are only activated with your consent:

• Google Analytics and Google Search Console: aggregated statistics on site usage and performance.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram): measurement and optimisation of our advertising campaigns.

In those cases we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers, such as standard contractual clauses and recognised transfer frameworks, so that your data keeps an equivalent level of protection.

Once these periods end, the data is deleted or anonymised so that it no longer identifies you.

• Encryption of communications with the site and the management systems via HTTPS.

No system is infallible. If a security incident significantly affecting your personal data occurred, we would notify you and report it to the competent authorities where applicable regulations require it.

Under Dominican Law No. 172-13 on the Comprehensive Protection of Personal Data, you may exercise the following rights:

• Access: find out what data of yours we process and for what purpose.
• Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Cancellation or erasure: request deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary or you withdraw your consent.
• Objection: object to certain processing, including commercial communications.
• Habeas data: go to court if you believe your rights have not been honoured.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, and the General Data Protection Regulation applies to our processing, you also have the rights of portability, restriction of processing and withdrawal of consent at any time without retroactive effect, as well as to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country.

If you are a California resident, and the CCPA or CPRA applies, you may request details of the categories of personal information collected, its deletion, its correction and opt out of the sale or sharing of your information. We confirm that we do not sell personal information and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

1. The right you wish to exercise: access, rectification, deletion, objection or other.
2. Your name and a detail that lets us locate your records, such as the email address or the number used in the messaging channel.
3. The approximate date of the conversation or of the service.
4. A short description of the case, for example the related ticket or order.

We may ask for reasonable identity verification before acting on the request, to prevent a third party from accessing your data. We will respond within a maximum of 30 calendar days from receipt of the complete request. Exercising these rights is free of charge.

Our services are aimed at companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18. If we detect that we have received data from a minor without the authorisation of a parent or guardian, we will delete it. If you believe this has happened, write to us and we will address it immediately.

This site may link to third-party pages such as odoo.com, social networks or technical documentation. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We recommend reviewing their policies before providing them with data.

We may update this policy to reflect legal or technical changes, or changes in our services. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its last updated date at the top. Does Linkadvisors sell or share my data with advertisers?

No. We do not sell or rent identifiable personal information. We only share data with the providers needed to run the site and deliver the service, listed in section 6, and with the authorities where a valid legal request exists.

How do I ask you to delete my WhatsApp number and conversation history?

Send the request through the contact form , stating the number used, the approximate date of the conversation and a case reference. We will respond within a maximum of 30 calendar days.

Can I browse the site without accepting cookies?

Yes. The cookies necessary for the site to work are always active; analytics and advertising cookies only load if you accept them, and you can reject them without losing access to the content. See the detail in the Cookie Policy.

Which law governs this policy?

Dominican law, in particular Law No. 172-13 on the Comprehensive Protection of Personal Data and Law No. 53-07 on High Technology Crimes and Offences, without prejudice to any additional rights of users covered by the European GDPR or California regulations.
